Typically, how much content does your team generate each month? it depends. During the recruiting months we have to take into account that there is advertising content that must be posted, but we post on average 5 to 6 times a day on the university account, which is already a very large account, but I'm just talking to you from Facebook. On Twitter, it's a little more frequent; on Instagram, it depends on whether there's an event to cover; and LinkedIn, it's a little different, up to a day or two, depending on the importance of the note. I can't tell you how much content there is or how much content is unpublished because there's a lot of content that stays in the pipeline because it loses its validity or it's not the right time to publish, but it's about 100 pieces of content per month, although as I explain to you , not all content will be viewable on the autonomous social network.
Some will go to the website, others to the tradition, because Telegram Users Number List as I told you, we work hand in hand with the tradition, the content is created, yes, taking into account the means of dissemination, but also integral. You won't see a digital strategy separate from our traditional strategy, or at least that's our goal: to provide a single message, the same voice in both. I think it’s important for both strategies to be aligned, and that comprehensiveness is of great value to any digital or traditional advertiser. We understand that there are many initiatives and projects at the University each year that require some level of advertising and that sometimes the institution's in-house marketing team cannot afford these costs and it becomes necessary to engage a third party.

How do you know when it’s time to hire outside resources and when it’s best to keep a project within the university? Look, I can tell you right now that our digital marketing department has been 100% internal in every aspect for a year, but if we have to look outward, we don't have to be arrogant. So when you want to plan a new project or launch a new campaign, you really need external resources. If you want to reinvent yourself, you have to shed your shell. It's interesting.
